You should have read the contract before signing. Many firms stick setup fees, monthly maintenance charges and contract length in the contract document. Its a painful process to go over the contract documents. Believe it or not some firms will have you sign 8 or 10 pages of contract documents.

Make sure he is certified. Certifications are industry standards that the designer is capable of delivering a good website.

What if I do not like the initial web design ? 
This happens very often with other web design companies but not with AmeriFocus. You choose your own sample. If you do not like the sample give us some description on how you want your website to be. If you are not happy with the design, we will provide you with as many revisions as it takes. With all other web design firms you are restricted to two revisions at most. At AmeriFocus you are free to suggest revisions for one full month. Our clients do appreciate the initial month of free revisions so they can forward their new site to friends / families and get their inputs.

How long will it take to design our website?

Yes, you will still own the domain after the transfer. For your peace of mind we will be more than happy to sign and mail you a document that says that you will be the owner of the domain after the transfer.

I know some basics of web design. However I want AmeriFocus to design my website and later I can maintain it. Is that a possibility?
Yes, we can design a website for you and you can maintain it for yourself. However we recommend you should know web design well enough to maintain your site. If for some reason you mess up the pages, it will be all the more difficult for you to get it right. But if you are confident, we are open to the idea.

I need a copy of my entire website on a CD just in case .. Is that a possibility ? 
..Yes, we can burn you a CD. There will be some administrative expenses involved. We do recommend clients to keep a copy of web design with them for backup purposes or if you choose to do business with another web design firm in future. Till date no client of ours has left us to do business with our competition.
