Project Overview: The Direct Registration Facility (DRF) is a web based application targeted for customer self administration of network access ids and IP service options. DRF is one of AT&T web accessible “zero touch” applications that allow customers to interface electronically for all aspects of Managed Services Offerings after the sale and initial setup.

Technical Overview: DRF is a global application that is highly integrated. It is a true J2EE application running on WebSphere Application Server. DRF is a convenient way to register ids for customers. Expansion of the DRF tool to general availability will allow AT&T globally to meet projected volume demands for account-qualified IDs in real time mode (estimated to be 500k/month). To accomplish this, an interactive web panel interface has been made available for input by customers and fulfillment organizations through the existing Web Engine. An XML file interface will also be available to receive ftp file lists from customers, channel partners (e.g. Remarketers) and internal fulfillment organizations. These interfaces will exchange data in real time with Service Delivery and Network Operations (Authentication, Service Configuration and Internet Service) via a Server Processing Component.

Consultant, Reports Intranet and Bankers Bonus Calculation system for our client Citibank.

Project Overview: To develop Reports intranet and the complex bankers bonus calculation system for bankers in Citibank.

Technical Overview: “Reports intranet” provides centralized tracking of crucial reports for diverse bankers. Reports are developed by a group of bankers for all other bankers. Job involved was to design consolidated databases from multiple banker databases using lotus script. The bankers bonus calculation system is a complex system which takes lot of information from bankers like new clients, ICP level and calculates Target points, NBR target, total points, Structured bonus estimate, new client bonus, total ’99 estimates, total pool, Bonus Credit, Total 1999 ICP Structured. Complex subroutines involving lotus script are written with the data feeded by bankers and consolidated bonus information is churned out for the bankers. Also contains various MS-Excel comparison charts to be rendered across a browser.

Project Overview: Incident Tracking and Monitoring system is a browser system that was predominantly designed for mission critical applications running on multiple IBM-hosted domino servers. The system provides a centralized tracking of incidents and happenings while providing support to domino applications.

Technical Overview: The system is a web-based system. In gist, the originators can submit routine incidents like abrupt server shutdowns and restart dates and times, server monitoring, log files, non-availability of servers for certain durations and rip file information. The documents filled by originators are en-routed to appropriate higher authorities seeking their attention. A conference is held between developers, help desks, senior authorities and IBM server administrators seeking the cause of abrupt server failures and justifying reasons like server crash was because some agent, application, monitoring software or n-chronos. A detailed analysis is stored in the system.

Project Overview: To develop the Chemical Sales Management System for our client Thermax Chemicals using Lotus Notes. The system covers all the transactions from enquiry to order acceptance. It is Web enabled using the Domino technology.

Technical Overview: This Sales Management System automates the sales order processing of the Chemical plant. It tracks and monitors Enquiries, Deviations, and Quotations and maintains an Order Check List. Using Open Database Connectivity the system interfaces with Oracle to provide data for the Order Check List. Essentially a sales order processing system, it also acts as an effective tool for Sales management, management reporting and centralized order tracking. Actively participated in the SDLC of the system. Also took part in System Administration. Upon client’s request the Domino team also had to give a demonstration of how the system would look when designed in R5 so forms were designed in R5.
