We are based in Canada and you operate out of Florida, is that going to be an issue? 
Location does not matter in web design but a good firm does matter to your business. This is the sole reason why clients from other countries like Nigeria and India have chosen to do business with us. You can either email, call, fax or post mail the information and we will design your web pages accordingly.

The samples you have are very good. Unfortunately I need a website that is similar to one of my competitors website ? Can you design something similar ? Will that be more expensive ? 
Sure, we can design your website the way you want it. The cost structure will remain the same. Our pricing is based on the number of pages you get designed and our rates are the same for custom or template web designs.

Can we meet you in person before we begin our web design ? 
Yes. We generally recommend clients to call us and fix an appointment. At this moment we do not travel outside Florida. 

We got a quote from another web design firm that is 100$ less than AmeriFocus with $25/month hosting. How do you compare against your competitors?

We were told to pay a setup cost for web design ? What is a setup cost ? 
Many web design companies charge clients with setup costs to initially reserve a domain and create email addresses. With AmeriFocus you are assured of having no setup costs. 

What is my monthly maintenance fee going to be ? 
Unlike other web design firms, we do not have any monthly recurring maintenance fee. You pay only when you need enhancements to be done on your site.

What kind of contract documents do I sign with AmeriFocus ? 
For most of the web design projects, we do not have the customer sign any contract. If you decide not to choose us, we will be sorry to miss you as our client but make sure you read the contract pages if you are told to sign the contract documents with other web design firms.

We do not like out web design firm. However our contract states that we are bound to them for a year. Can you help us ? 
You should have read the contract before signing. Many firms stick setup fees, monthly maintenance charges and contract length in the contract document. Its a painful process to go over the contract documents. Believe it or not some firms will have you sign 8 or 10 pages of contract documents. 
There is a better alternative ... choose AmeriFocus and you won't have to sign any contract documents. 

I am new to web design. How do I evaluate a web designer before selecting him ? 
Make sure he is certified. Certifications are industry standards that the designer is capable of delivering a good website.
Make sure you look at all the samples and client websites that were designed. Don't go with a rookie. Your business will know the difference. 

What if I do not like the initial web design ? 
This happens very often with other web design companies but not with AmeriFocus. You choose your own sample. If you do not like the sample give us some description on how you want your website to be. If you are not happy with the design, we will provide you with as many revisions as it takes. With all other web design firms you are restricted to two revisions at most. At AmeriFocus you are free to suggest revisions for one full month. Our clients do appreciate the initial month of free revisions so they can forward their new site to friends / families and get their inputs.

I got a quote from a web design firm and they wanted us to pay half the fees upfront? What are your initial starter fees? 
All we ask is a $99 to get started. At AmeriFocus we believe in "client satisfaction" so we design your website before reaching for your pockets. 

How long will it take to design our website? 
An average small website is between 5 to 15 pages. That takes about a couple of weeks to design. 

I have my own domain and I need to host my website with AmeriFocus ? Will I still own the domain after the transfer ? 
Yes, you will still own the domain after the transfer. For your peace of mind we will be more than happy to sign and mail you a document that says that you will be the owner of the domain after the transfer.

I know some basics of web design. However I want AmeriFocus to design my website and later I can maintain it. Is that a possibility?
Yes, we can design a website for you and you can maintain it for yourself. However we recommend you should know web design well enough to maintain your site. If for some reason you mess up the pages, it will be all the more difficult for you to get it right. But if you are confident, we are open to the idea. 

I need a copy of my entire website on a CD just in case .. Is that a possibility ? 
..Yes, we can burn you a CD. There will be some administrative expenses involved. We do recommend clients to keep a copy of web design with them for backup purposes or if you choose to do business with another web design firm in future. Till date no client of ours has left us to do business with our competition.
